1. All members, participants, clubs, and affiliated units of the National Youth Kite Flying Federation of India (NYKFFI) shall strictly follow the rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines issued by the Federation.
2. By registering as a member or participating in any activity of the Federation, the individual agrees to comply with all terms, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
3. The Federation reserves the right to modify, update, or amend any rule, policy, or guideline whenever necessary for the better functioning of the organization.
1. Membership shall be granted only after submission of a complete application form and required documents.
2. The Federation reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application without assigning a reason.
3. Members must maintain good conduct, discipline, and respect for other participants and officials.
4. Any member involved in illegal activities, misconduct, or violation of federation rules may face suspension or termination of membership.
1. Participants must register officially before taking part in any competition, event, or training program.
2. Participants must follow all safety rules, kite flying regulations, and eco-friendly manja policies issued by the Federation.
3. The Organizing Committee has the authority to disqualify any participant violating the rules or behaving in an inappropriate manner.
4. The Federation shall not be responsible for personal loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during events.
1. The use of nylon, Chinese, plastic, or synthetic manja is strictly prohibited in all Federation activities.
2. Participants must ensure environmental protection and safe kite flying practices at all times.
3. All participants must follow local laws, safety guidelines, and environmental regulations.
1. The Federation reserves the right to use photographs, videos, or media recordings of events for promotional and educational purposes.
2. Participants agree that their name, image, or performance may be used by the Federation for publicity without additional permission.
1. Any dispute related to Federation activities shall first be resolved internally by the Federation’s disciplinary committee.
2. The decision of the Federation Executive Committee shall be final and binding.
3. In case of legal proceedings, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of the respective State or District Headquarters.
